Returns

We accept returns on any item in BRAND new condition with original packaging and tags. Dust bag and original plastic packaging must be intact. Returns must be requested and must be postmarked within 14 days of deilvery date. No exceptions. Items postmarked after 14 days will be sent back.

Upon approval of your return you will receive a return shipping label. Make sure to include your name and order number on a note inside your return package. If we receive a package that is not labeled it will result in a delayed refund or no refund at all.

Upon receiving your package, a team member will inspect your item to ensure it is in brand new, unused condition and all original packaging is included. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. All Items on Sale will be Final Sale including our Black Friday and Christmas Sales.

International sales are Final Sale and returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges

Yes! Elkie will offer 1 free exchange on all US orders. Items must be in BRAND new condition with original packaging and tags. Dust bag and original plastic packaging must be intact. Exchanges must be requested and must be postmarked within 14 days of deilvery date. No exceptions.

To expeditete the return process you can purchase the correct bag you would like and then request a return. Return fee will be waived, make sure to indicate in return package that you exchanged an item and provide us with the new order number.

You will recieve an return shipping label within 1-2 business days for you to return your bag. Make sure you include a note inside the package with your name, order, number and bag you would like to exchange for. Failure to do so will result in a delayed exchange or no exchange at all.

Upon receiving your package, a team member will inspect your item to ensure it is in brand new, unused condition and all original packaging is included before sending out the new item. If there is any price differences, we will also adjust them at this point.

Gifts

If you recieved an Elkie bag as a gift you are able to return it for store credit within.

Please email hello@elkieco.com and provide us with the order number, name on the order, or email address for us to verify that it was purchased from elkieco.com Upon verification you will recieve an email with return instructions. Return shipping fees must be covered by the person returning. We will not email a pre-paid label.

The bag must have all original packaging intact including plastic wrapping around handles and dust bag. The bag must be shipped in a box big enough so the bag is not squished during shipping.

Once bag is recieved, please allow 5-7 days for a team member to inspect the bag and email the store credit.
