What shipping options do you offer?

We offer free shipping on all cont. US orders. Please allow 1-2 business
days for your order to ship. Typically orders take 2-5 days once
shipped to arrive depending on where you live. Business days are
Monday-Friday. Please note because of COVID-19 shipping  times may take
longer than usual and there may be unexpected delays. We offer shipping
worldwide! If you don’t see your country on the drop down when trying to
checkout please email us. Additional shipping fees for International
orders will be applied at checkout. International sales will take longer
to arrive. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you
feel your package was lost or stolen please contact your post office.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?


Yes. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept
returns on any item in their original condition with their original
packaging. Any item that appears to have been used will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. All
return/exchange mailing fees should be paid by the customer. All returns
are subject to a 8% restocking fee. If you would like to exchange your
bag for a different color, please contact us as soon as possible. Please
email hello@myelkie.com to start your return. Please note ALL SALES ARE
FINAL on Outet sales, Flash Sales, and Black Friday Sales.

What is my warranty?

Elkie & Co. provides a 90 day limited warranty on any bag that you
purchase. We take great pride in creating high quality products that are
functional as well as beautiful. Warranty includes hardware and/or
defects on item purchased. Proof of purchase is required for any
warranty claims, even if it is gifted. Warranty does not cover normal
wear/tear or stains due to proper or improper use. It also does not
include accidents. Warranty is also not valid on products won through
promotional giveaways. Please contact us for any warranty requests.

How do I care for my bag?

The Aberdeen and Capri are made from a durable vegan microfiber leather.
To clean the exterior wipe down with a damp cloth. The interior of The
Aberdeen bag can be removed and washed in a washing machine on a gentle
cold cycle. Hang to dry. The Capri’s interior can be wiped down with a
damp cloth.

What is microfiber leather?

Elkie bags are made with a premium cruelty-free vegan leather called
Microfiber. Microfiber leather is the most eco-friendly of all leather
alternatives created without any harmful chemicals or substances. It has
a lot of similar characteristics to natural leather, however better
physical & chemical performance. Because of superior performance it
will not scratch, peel, tear, chip, or fade over time. It is also the
lightest weight of all real and faux leather options- creating a
lightweight bag. Microfiber leather is typically used in car interiors
and furniture because of its durability. It is in common for microfiber
leather to be used in the handbag industry because of its higher price
point– however we have worked hard to create a product that will
withstand the test of time and have priced our products similarly to
other vegan bags on the market. We stand behind the quality of our
products and offer a limited warranty on all of our bags.

How do I zip in the interior lining?

The easiest way to zip the interior lining in is to make sure the zipper
is pushed all the way back, hold the back of the zipper with your thumb
and pull.
