We offer free shipping on all Cont. US orders! Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 2-5 days for shipping. Packages are picked up on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
If you are in a time crunch we recommend purchasing expediated shipping at checkout. Expediated orders will ship the next business day and arrive in 2-3 days.
We ship international! All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges determined at checkout. International orders can take up to 10 days to arrive after shipped. In the case there are custom fees upon delivery, we are not responsible to cover them.
We insure all packages up to $200 that we ship. In the rare case that your package was lost or stolen in route fill out a claim form here
Yes! We do offer international shipping with an additional shipping fee. International packages can take up to 15 days to arrive. Please note that Canada and International orders may be subject to a taxes and duty/custom fee upon arrival. We accept returns on any item in BRAND new condition with original packaging and tags. Dust bag and original plastic packaging must be intact.
Returns must be requested and must be postmarked within 30 days of deilvery date. No exceptions. Items postmarked after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit. Any items recieved after 60 days of delivery will be sent back.

Upon approval of your return you will receive a return shipping label. Make sure to include your name and order number on a note inside your return package. If we receive a package that is not labeled it will result in a delayed refund or no refund at all.
Upon receiving your package, a team member will inspect your item to ensure it is in brand new, unused condition and all original packaging is included. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed. A return shipping fee of $14 will be deducted for orders over $100 and a return shipping fee of $7 will be deducted for orders under $100.
Your return will be subject to an 10% restocking fee + return shipping fee if it appears used, original plastic packagaing is not intact around the strap and handles, it is squished in a box too small, or for failure to include required return information.
International sales are Final Sale and returns will not be accepted.
Yes! Elkie will offer 1 free exchange on all US orders requested and postmarked within 30 days of delivery. The quickest way to exchange a bag is to purchase the correct bag so it can ship out immediately and then request a return.

You will recieve an return shipping label within 1-2 business days for you to return your bag. Make sure you include a note inside the package with your name, order, number and bag you would like to exchange for. Failure to do so will result in a delayed exchange or no exchange at all.
Upon receiving your package, a team member will inspect your item to ensure it is in brand new, unused condition and all original packaging is included before sending out the new bag. If there are any price differences, we will also adjust them.
If you recieved an Elkie bag as a gift you are able to return it for store credit within 45 days of the delivery date.

Upon verification you will recieve an email with return instructions. Return shipping fees must be covered by the person returning. We will not email a pre-paid label. The bag must have all original packaging intact including plastic wrapping around handles and dust bag. The bag must be shipped in a box big enough so the bag is not squished during shipping. Please note that if the bag you are returning appears used or in less than perfect condition a `10% restocking fee will be deducted from store credit amount. Once bag is recieved, please allow 5-7 days for a team member to inspect the bag and email the store credit.

Elkie & Co. provides a one year warranty our bags. The warranty date begins from the date your order was delivered. The warranty only covers the original bag that was purchased.
Things covered under the warranty include, faulty zippers, cracking, chipping, peeling of the microfiber leather, hardware malfunction, stitching coming undone etc.
Depending on the individual situation, we will either send a replacement bag or pieces to replace the damaged area of your bag. If the current style is no longer available we will offer you something similar or store credit in the original amount paid.
If warranty is filed within the first 30 days or delivery, we will provide a return shipping label for you to return the original bag. Otherwise, the damaged bag does not need to be returned.
The warranty includes any manufacturer defects such as broken zippers, hardware malfunction, stitching coming undone on the exterior of the bag, material flaws etc.
The warranty does not include rips or tears in the bag lining, chipping or peeling of the sealing along the bag strap, stains, spills, clothing dye rubbing off onto the bag, your child's creativity, accidental cleaning or any other accidents or intentional damage that may have been cause to your bag. It is the discretion of the Elkie team to determine if your bag is eligible for a replacement.
Our bag warranty is not valid for any international order or shipping address.
Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, even if it was gifted to you.
Warranty is not valid on any final sale outlet items, items won through a promotional giveaway, or gifted bags etc. If you received the bag as a gift you must provide us a proof of purchase.
A $15 shipping fee will be required on all replacement bags.

For all microfiber leather bags you can clean the exterior with a damp microfiber cloth and mild soap if needed.
To clean the interior you can do so with a damp microfiber cloth and mild detergent. For all bags with a removable interior linning you can wash in the washing machine in a lmesh laundry bag. For best results wash on a cold gentle cycle. Hang to dry.
